Andrea is best known for her signature framework and keynote, WTF: Where’s the Fun?!, which gives leaders a simple, repeatable tool to interrupt pressure, think more clearly, and perform at a higher level. Her work focuses on building cultures where engagement, creativity, and results thrive.
Known for her magnetic stage presence, relatable storytelling, and practical insight, Andrea delivers keynote experiences that are energizing, refreshing, and immediately applicable—leaving leaders with tools they actually use long after the event ends.
One of the first times I learned that success can come at the cost of joy, I was 13. I took a babysitter’s course and immediately took it very seriously—studying obsessively, consumed by what-ifs.
By the time I aced the test with 100%, and my dad told me how proud he was, the pattern had already locked in:
I didn’t even like babysitting. The process was joyless. The win felt hollow. But I repeated that pattern everywhere—school, policing (graduating top of my class), leadership, high performance—until my body finally tapped out and I had to ask: What’s the point of winning if I’m miserable doing it?
That’s the outdated, pressure-based performance model so many high-performing leaders are still operating from.
When we bring joy, connection, alignment, and self-kindness into the process, results accelerate. Work becomes meaningful. Performance becomes sustainable. Success finally feels like success.
This is what I teach through storytelling, humour, human behaviour—and yes, fun. Because high performance doesn’t require sacrificing your joy, and impact doesn’t require misery. Fun isn’t something you earn later; it’s part of how great work gets done.
