With over a decade in law enforcement and nearly another in transformational coaching, Andrea brings a rare blend of depth, honesty, and magnetic energy to every stage. Her signature keynote, WTF: Where’s The Fun?!, combines powerful storytelling, science-backed strategy, and real-time shifts that help audiences reimagine what success can feel like—and how it can be sustained.
Whether she’s speaking to executive teams, industry leaders, or company-wide audiences, Andrea leaves people thinking differently, feeling energized, and ready to lead with more purpose, connection, and of course—fun.
Andrea’s mission isn’t just to entertain or inspire, it’s to spark something real.
Whether she’s speaking at Fortune 500 boardrooms, global conferences, or intimate retreats, her intention is the same: To help people remember what’s possible when joy leads the way.
And the result? A more energized, connected, and innovative team. One that plays at their best, performs at a higher level, and achieves sustainable success.
This isn’t just a keynote.
It’s a permission slip to live, lead, and succeed with more heart.

Before stepping onto global stages, Andrea Parker spent a decade in law enforcement, rising through the ranks as a police detective. On paper, she had it all: the title, the success, the respect.
But behind the scenes? She was exhausted. Disconnected. Checking all the boxes of conventional success left her quietly wondering, Is this really it?
Then came the wake-up call.
In 2017, while still serving as a detective, Andrea experienced a sudden, life-threatening allergic reaction. Alone in her car during rush hour, she injected herself with an EpiPen while driving to the hospital—uncertain if she’d make it in time.
In that moment, one thought hit harder than anything else: What’s the point of all this success if I’m not actually enjoying any of it?
She made it to the hospital. But she didn’t return to life the same.
That near-death moment became her line in the sand.
Although she had spent years working toward a version of success that looked good from the outside, she knew something fundamental had to change. Not just in her schedule, but in her way of being.
She realized the question wasn’t What more do I need to prove? It was: What would make this more fun?
That question sparked a deeper transformation—first personally, then professionally.
Andrea left policing and immersed herself in the study of human behaviour, subconscious transformation, and performance psychology. She built a thriving coaching business supporting high-level entrepreneurs, impact-driven leaders, and purpose-led teams.
And through that work, she noticed something: The pressure, the perfectionism, the push-through mentality? It was everywhere.
Different industries. Same burnout.
That’s when Andrea began teaching what had shifted her and WTF: Where’s the Fun?! was born.

Interrupt autopilot patterns and reconnect to what actually feels aligned, energizing, and expansive.
Take aligned action (even when it feels unfamiliar or unconventional).
Use joy as a strategic feedback system for stronger performance, better results, and more meaningful impact.
This isn’t about surface-level fun or performative positivity.
It’s about building cultures where energy is intentional, performance is human, and joy is part of the process, not the reward for burning out.
As co-host of the WTF: Where’s The Fun?! podcast, Andrea brings this mission to life beyond the stage—creating space for real conversations about freedom, fulfillment, and the power of play.
Now living in Muskoka with her wife Mel and their dog, she leads by example proving that when fun becomes a focus, life becomes extraordinary.
